What a fantastic place! Located on the hills above Basel, it was a perfect place to relax for a couple of nights. Wonderful views and everything you need for a great stay. Nicole was the perfect host with great communication and a warm welcome. Would love to come back!

- The pond-like pool! So clever and lovely to be in. - The best brunch I've ever had (vegan or otherwise) - a very special effort for my birthday that was truly unique to here. It felt very luxurious to stay at Nomad Hotel. All details in the room, bathroom and in the sauna/gym room made me feel very spoiled. The soap, shampoo and lotion smelled so good that it made me smile. The location was also excellent to me. Close to my job and also just between the train station and the river. A bonus was also the breakfast that usually is a non memorable experience but this was with fresh fruit and a nice variety of healthy food. I would love to come back.

We stayed for 6 nights and were incredibly happy with this outstanding apartment! It's in an excellent location, close to everything in the old town with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The kitchen included lots of cutlery/bowls and cooking utensils and basic supplies (pepper, salt, oil, herbs, spices etc) which made cooking at home relatively easy. The bathrooms include soap and there is a dryer and clothes washer with laundry powder. Several fans were available if it gets hot at night as opening windows can let in street noise (though we slept with the windows open and it was fine). The view from the balconies was great for breakfast in the morning and a drink in the evening!
