We spent three wonderful days in a real Swiss village! The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking — with majestic mountains, a peaceful lake and the fresh scent of country life all around. Eva, our host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She even gave us a better room than we booked, which made my girlfriend’s birthday feel even more special. Waking up to that view on such a day — just wow! She was very attentive to my request and went out of her way to help — truly appreciated! The rooms had everything we needed, and the small kitchen was a perfect addition. There’s also a large shared kitchen downstairs and even laundry facilities, which was a big plus. A special thank you for the coffee machine and the capsules — a real treat for coffee lovers like us! One more big bonus — the parking was spacious, free, and totally stress-free, which made everything so much easier since we were traveling by car. There’s also a shop nearby, which came in really handy for quick snacks or groceries. My girlfriend and I recommend this place 1000%! Thank you, Eva!

The hospitality was excellent. Muna and Lucien were fantastic hosts. Breakfast was plentiful and beautiful. The room was also excellent with a view of the castle. It's in the old town, so it's guaranteed you will have an awesome, genuine experience.

Everything about it, the location is amazing, apartment is nice and comfortable and the access to Spa a great touch.However, the best part is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. A personalised welcome note, chocolates, wine and beer greet you upon arrival. The hosts constantly checked if we needed anything and were quick to respond to all our requests. Fantastic stay at Eden Spiez - we decided to splash out for our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. Though on the front side of the hotel, the room still had a lovely view of the lake; we were provided with welcome drinks, and complimentary fresh bottled water (still + sparkling) every day plus chocolates; there were apples available for guests as well, plus as a cake buffet in the afternoon. Car parking was in a secure multistorey car park, and the hotel was situated a few minutes walk from the restaurants/shops of Spiez, and lake. We did not use the spa much, but enjoyed a full body massage on the day of arrival, and will certainly look forward to using the facilities more when we return in future.

Good location, well equipped facility and amenity, friendly host taking care of a-z for visitors. Spiez train station is near and short walk. Peaceful village and kind local neighbors helping visitors were really impressive. Definitely good choice for longer stay.

Every things were good. The owner was lovely and made 3 of us's heart touchable. She arrange everything very details. The toilet had everything you need, toothpaste , toothbrush, facial tissue, lady's things ...., the sitting room had several kinds of snacks, the refrigerator had milks and water, the dinner table had apples. I went to many apartments all over the world. Not one had done so details and not just counting the money. The apartment had free parking in front. I highly recommend everyone has car to book this apartment.

Excellent location - very close to main train station and old town. Comfortable beds and large bedrooms. Nearby grocery store. Very clear and prompt communication with the host who met us at the door. Perfect hub for day hikes accessible via train. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.
