When I booked the Window it was all about the view. It turns out that the spectacular view is surpassed by the incredible service. Katiusca was amazing! We felt so welcomed and so grateful for all the extra things she did for us. She organised my favourite wine and aperitivo for a romantic evening. We used their brand new e-bikes to visit the town easily. Katiusca brought us some special cake cooked by her mother for Swiss National Day and invited us to join a local celebration. Everything was perfect and I just didn’t want to leave, I felt like I had found a new friend! The whole experience was wonderful. I don’t often leave reviews but this was so well deserved. Thank you. Thank you 🙏🏻

Staff was fantastic. Attentive, knowledgeable, just lovely people. The food in the restaurant is exquisite. Can be a bit on the pricy side, but if able, a night here for dinner is well worth it!

We had a truly lovely stay here! The apartment is very cozy, clean and full of charm — even better than in the pictures. Everything is nearby: shops, cafes, beautiful nature, yet the place is quiet and peaceful. 🌿 The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming — we immediately felt at home. Very modern and beautiful apartment! Kitchen was well equipped and everything was nice and clean. We were pleasantly surprised how big the apartment was. Nicer than we though based on the pictures. The extra bed - pull out couch - was big and comfortable to sleep on. The hostess was very helpful! :) The location was near the train station and in very peaceful neighborhood.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and we can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, making check-in a breeze. The property itself is stunning, immaculately maintained and beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy charm. The Casa Oliver is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need. Location-wise, it's ideal, conveniently close to local attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful and serene environment. We especially appreciated the serene outdoor spaces, which provided a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, were the hosts Lorenzo and Patrizia. Not only did they provide us with a cozy, well-appointed space to rest after our days on the mountain, but they also went above and beyond by lending us their own skiing gear! This thoughtful gesture saved us the hassle of renting equipment, and it made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Lorenzo and Patrizia’s hospitality was incredible, they were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a seamless skiing adventure. On top of that, Lorenzo and Pratizia have two lovely little dogs that added an extra layer of charm to our stay. But the cherry on top was at the end of our trip when Lorenzo and Patrizia invited us to join them at the Grono carnival. It was such a fantastic experience, with free food, music, and a lively atmosphere. It was the perfect way to end our trip, and we were so grateful for the invitation. Overall, we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and relaxing stay. We can’t wait to return!

We spent a week at Rustico and it was very peaceful. The location is great and the village adorable. Annadora is a great host and was always ready to assist us if needed it. We were very happy to use the pool and stay at the garden. The apartment also has everything you need. In overall we had a lovely week in the alps and we are looking forward to come back one day :)

    We heard the kuckoo every morning and evening, nice view of the mountains, very spacious balcony, comfortable bed, very clean, reachable by public transport, some very nice Grotti (restaurants) are just a nice short walk away
