I had an excellent experience with my stay! it felt a lot like home, the Hostess was very Kind and generous, she had upgraded our stay to a beautiful suite! the Breakfast was amazing, the room was dreamy! excellent friendly service that made me want to go there again! I appreciated the traditional Swiss feel & design about the hotel. And the Hostess was very caring to provide the best service, it was an excellent experience overall!

Having stayed in the swiss countryside 2 years ago near Interlaken, I had high expectations of this place and it did not disappoint! The surroundings are stunning and the apartment is beautiful and very well appointed. Gabriella was very friendly and accomodating and we felt very at home.

Excellent accommodation. Location is great, walking distance to the city center and Paul Klee Zentrum. Very nice and green area, safe, calm and silent. There is also a great public transport, but it is not far from the center to walk through amazing paths with the best views of Bern. The house is very beautiful with wonderful big garden, the host is an artist so you can see lot of art. It is quiet and relaxing. Very clean, the whole building, bathroom and room were perfectly clean, ( bathroom is modern like recently made ), el. kettel and coffee machine with coffee capsule and tee in the room, bed is comfortable, high speed internet, hot water, heating in winter. There are 3 rooms and shared bathroom, but there is complete privacy. The host is very friendly, warm welcoming, kind and helpful for tourist info. It was a wonderful experience to stay in this house, I really recommend.

Excellent breakfast with local products. We absolutely loved the yoghurt and the blueberry cake! Dinner was also very good and the menu included also vegetarian and vegan options. All staff were extremely nice and courteous and made an effort to understand my very poor German or speak English, always accommodating our requests. The room was spacious, the bathroom very comfortable with a big shower and space for toiletries. We had our dog who could enjoy the balcony. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations and we would love to go back. Thank you to all the staff!
