Staff at the reception is super friendly and helpful, they have helped us book tickets to visit Reed Flute Cave (within walking distance from the property) and gave helpful recommendations for sites to visit. Quiet location so nice for relaxing. Beautiful room with a relaxing tea room in the room, great for relaxing, reading a book and enjoying tea. You can already reach some sights of Guilin within walking distance. A small shopping street, which becomes a street food market in the evening, can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Already in advance I was able to contact the hotel until WeChat and a pick-up service was organised from the train station and a brochure of some attractions from Guilin was provided.
