The staff were kind and helpful from the very beginning. After we returned to the UK, we realised my mum had accidentally left one of her passports at the hotel. The apartments are decently equipped, the reception is open 24 hours and truly at your service for anything you need. When we asked where we could buy a power adapter, the reception staff gave us two adapters, as well as two key cards for the apartment when we requested to have them made for both of us. It is comfortable, cleaned every day, and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is easy to find, and there are good restaurants and shopping centers nearby, as well as a metro line, which is very important for such a large city. At this price, you won’t find such good accommodation anywhere in the world, especially with breakfast included. Hats off to such excellent service.
