AMAZING stay. The hotel is very clean (spotless actually), the staff very friendly and helpful as well : the butler, the reception, the cooks….it was a very nice surprise! They were very welcoming and tried to accommodate us as much as possible during our stay. Our rooms were cleaned everyday, the hotel had a very diversified buffet for breakfast and dinner, and they even propose a free pick up service as well as a free laundry service. Overall, it was an amazing experience, the rooms were extremely confortable and I recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in Shanghai ; first because of its quality, but also because it’s very near the subway station : it was very convenient !!!!

The location is great, just need a bit time to find the place for the first time. There are few shopping mall nearby within walking distance 5 minutes. The building out looking is a bit old, but the inside is great and Morden. It is actually a local residential building, therefore do not expect for a reception.

Everything was perfect. The facility appears to be new and clean. The staff is very friendly; I enjoyed an early check-in and a complimentary breakfast for free. There is also a free supper after 9 PM (I didn’t realize that when I reserved my room). The location is very central and the price is reasonable in my opinion, even if I don’t have terms of comparison in the same area.

Exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable beds, big private toilet/shower. We rented family room for 4. One of the best hostels we have stayed. Great value for money and location is just perfect in the middle of town and next to train station.Good facilities. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect from the very begining. Lisa is such a wonderful host, she helped with everything and covered all my needs. I had a nice shuttle from airport even tho the flight was 2 hours late. At the facilities Lisa met me and had shown me my room and explained all the rules clearly.

    The room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you can ask for. The location was truely goog, because the Metro was right in front of the door. The Maglev Train not even 5 min by foot. In the area there is a little coffee shop and a very cheap, but good breakfast spot, so breakfast in the Hotel for extra charge is not nescessary.

    Lovely room, the bath tub with a city view was an added bonus- but the room was lovely even without that, extra large comfortable bed, very clean, stocked fridge everyday. Breakfast was excellent, with good choice for everyone. Bar prices were good too and the terrace over looking the city at night is a lovely place for an evening drink. Location is ideal- easy walk to the Bund, Yu Yuan garden and the old town shopping street. Staff were also lovely and friendly- would definitely recommend- ideal place to stay in Shanghai
