This was so worth going out of our way for - it is a magical property built with love, set in a magical setting with stunning views, great nature, great walks and efficient, helpful and kind hosts. This whole venture is clearly a huge labour of love built on great values and it shows with everything they do and provide - including completely fresh milk daily from the ‘nearest cow’ at breakfast!

Situated within 2.8 km of Bajo Negro Beach and 32 km of Tortuga Island, La Casa del Conde features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Playa Naranjo.

The property has a great view over the coastline. Very close to Playa Naranjo harbour and beach. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, with all the necessary amenities for cooking and with an amazing terrace with a beautiful view (we spot a lot of birds). Above all, the owners are amazing people, very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and special (fresh and homemade food)

Everything was really great: - the place is really beautiful and calm - the bungalows are big and very confortable - the restaurant is extremely good (and we are French, food matters a lot for us) - the staff is very nice

nice little pool , cleaned every day . living quarters screened in and very comfortable. restaurant was so close excellent food great people. Great in jungle experience!

Breakfast was very good. Easy location to get to. Hotel was very interesting with the pirate theme. Room was very private with a nice view of the water through some trees.

The location is super with a gorgeous view. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Not the best area to stay , but the property was well positioned in this area.

Very peaceful location and stay, spacious communal kitchen, comfortable room with good shower, Glenda and Chalo (fluent in English) were excellent with plenty of information about tours, restaurants and things to see, pool was great for a refreshing dip at the end of the day, Bela the dog is very friendly, I would definitely stay here again

This place is a heaven on Earth. The ultimate jungle experience in Costa Rica. I liked everything about it. It's as close to nature as you can get. The owners were absolutely amazing, everything was neat and outdoorsy. At night you can hear coyotes howling and you wake up in the morning with howling monkies call. There's a beach nearby where you can be totally on your own. There's a path through the jungle with lots of wildlife to see. The Paquera town is also close by so you can get your supplies if needed. I will definitely book again for a longer time when I travel to Costa Rica again.

All. Wilma and Franco ensured at all time that my family had all the comfort we needed and had a lot of equipment for out baby, even toys for our older child. The location in the jungle is great as well as the walk to the beach.
