The apartment is nice and newish. The location is fantastic. It is right in the heart of Brno. Everything is within walking distance. The heating in this apartment was fabulous. I did not have to wear winter clothes to sleep. The front of the apartment is facing the road, so it is slightly noisy during the day, but the bedroom is quiet as it is facing an inner courtyard. The apartment was a bit difficult to find, however, the management got back to us very quickly through Bookings and was able to provide the directions. They even gave us a free parking lot (some distance away), but easily accessible when you rent a public mobility device.

The lady in the reception I think the name is Lisa is very friendly and very nice. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel with my family 👪... very much. Spotless clean room. I really recommend this hotel

Location in the middle of the Brno racetrack, two Jaguars in the lobby, super comfy and rooms with king size bed, bathroom as clean as it gets, baby cot that awaited us in the room, fantastic breakfast. Most important of all, very friendly staff, from reception to the restaurant to the cleaning service, doing great job keeping Grid Hotel one of the best we stayed at. I can only recommend it and I'm positive to stay there the next time too.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel. As always, the staff is top notch. Very responsive, pleasant to talk to. Large and clean rooms. There is a restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere in the lobby. Convenient underground parking. In general, as always, everything is top notch. I really like this hotel.

Lovely staff with the just right pro-guest attitude, perfectly dosed attention and not overbearing. The room was clean and of a nice size. We particularly liked breakfast. The ambience in the restaurant was very pleasant and the selection of hot and cold food was sufficient. We appreciated the variety of pastries and very tasty scrambled eggs. Although we came very close to the end of the service, everything except fried eggs was still available. However, I am sure if we had asked for some, we would have gotten them, but since the scrambled were still very silky and fluffy, we felt no need!

The bed was very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were spotless. Everything was working well, was looking nice, and was clean. We had check-in late and we took the key from a keybox. Very good accommodation, I recommend. Easy access to the city center with tram number 4.

There are many reasons why to fall in love with this hotel 😁 the location is perfect - its in a city center so few minutes by walk everywhere. The room has breally big bathroom with amazing bathtub. Such an outstanding hotel! The most comfortable beds/pillows/everything, you will sleep like a baby here and get your rest :) Breakfast are very good (many options), security is very important here. Underground parking (for a fee) if you travel by car. Very close to city centre/old town as well.
