Fantastic location, delicious and generous breakfast. The room was a bit smaller than expected and the view from the window was basically just at a wall, however the village itself and the landscapes around are so fantastic one doesn't spend much time indoors anyway :)

It was stunning. Accommodation was comfortable, spacious, modern and tastefully decorated keeping in the Bavarian tradition. Breakfast was amazing and generous, restaurant was lovely and views from terrace were spectacular. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were also upgraded to a bigger room. We just loved this hotel.

Our host, Josef, was very friendly welcoming and accommodating. The room was a suite with ample size for us to spread out. The beds were extremely comfortable and the radiator-type heat system worked well and was easy to control. The bathroom was well appointed and the shower was strong and as hot as you wanted. The breakfast was excellent with cooked-to-order eggs and a great selection of meats, cheeses and fruits to start our day. The hotel was located in a quiet part of town but just a short walk to the center of town with its restaurants and shops. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The lady at the reception is super sweet, very very friendly, kind and joyful. And then is the cook of the Gasthof, very friendly man and the schnitzel sandwich he gave us as welcome was perfect because right after that we hit the mountains just before sunset. The breakfast is amazingly good (please don't miss their self-made marmelade, cake and yoghurt), and we also had the opportunity to meet another member of the staff who also was super friendly and kind. The place has a beautiful decoration and the room is spatious, clean, the place is very quiet, and the bed comfortable.

    Surprisingly enough, the owner was speaking French. He was vey helpful and made us feel like home. The breakfast was excellent with all you want to eat to start the day. The place was only 15 minutes ride from Garmisch where we wanted to go for two days, therefore ideal location. A lot of restaurants are available by walking distance. Overall, a lovely stay. We highly recommend this place !

    The hospitality of the host was fabulous - she was pleasant and informative. The location was great as it was just a couple of minutes walk to the centre of town and restaurants. There was free car parking on site. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The bed was great, with nice linen too. Good Wifi and plenty of power points. We had a large balcony (room 24) with a nice view of the mountains. The bathroom was nice, with a good sized shower and hot water. Breakfast was included had a good range of items and was delicious.

    A warm welcome on my arrival, a beautiful room with a balcony (though it was a little too wet to enjoy it!). Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the chairs and table in the room were a nice place to sit. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of choice. The location couldn't have been more central!
