The host is very nice. The apartment is lovely, clean and spacious, we stayed in the apartment a couple and three kids. Although it's a private guest room, the landlord is a very kind and friendly old lady. We arrived very late that day, and this benevolent grandma greeted us at the door and gave us a detailed introduction to the room's amenities. When she found out we needed band-aids, she immediately got us a first aid kit. She was truly friendly. The room was clean and tidy.

- Very welcoming, lovely, smiling and respectful staff. - Spacious and wide bungalow with 2 rooms, living area and 2 bathrooms with wash basin each. One shower area. Available A/C. - My mom had a medical emergency, once I called the staff they responded immediately and sent ambulance directly. Very professional way of treatment. Even one day after the incident, one lady from the staff I wish I recognised her name, she kept asking about my mom’s health and offered to bring hot drinks and wished her fast recovery. Much respect to her and all the staff.

Great little budget hotel right next to the train station. Easy check in even though it was late at night when we arrived, with clear instructions provided beforehand. Breakfast consisted of fruit, pastries, bread, eggs, cereal, cheese and ham. Plenty for everyone and staff constantly replenishing items. Reception staff very helpful at explaining local buses to Europa Park and paid for our bus ticket when we returned from the park. Rooms were clean and tidied daily (bins emptied, towels replaced if needed etc). Very quiet on an evening so ideal for families with young children.

    The reception and breakfast area - and rooms - were fresh, stylish and very clean - it looked newly done up. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and bright. I liked the sustainability effort the hotel is making as well. Breakfast was a great range of continental. Perfect location for the bus to Europa Park - you could also walk to it in around 40 mins. There is also a supermarket and kebab shop a minutes walk away for supplies. Had a great stay!
