Amazing hotel! It is very beautiful with the best view over Cotopaxi Volcano from the restaurant. Rooms are very cozy and equipped with heaters. Shower has hot water. The food is delicious - both for dinner and for breakfast. I think we had the best potato soup in Ecuador here. And the best part is the owner who is the nicest and most welcoming person.
