The Airport transfer was really easy. The check in was easy and efficient. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. The room had a view of the grounds which was really nice. It was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices. The grounds were lovely, and we really enjoyed the lamas wandering around. We had a few special requests during our stay and George in particular went above and beyond to help us with these. We really enjoyed our stay.

What impressed me was that the moment we stepped out of the doors of the airport there was a holiday Inn Staff waiting for us with our names on the card. Then we were whisked to the hotel with zero delay and zero work in our part as the staff both of them helped with the luggage. So from the moment we came out of the gate until we were in our room we didn’t have to touch our luggage. Super friendly in a super modern building. Highly recommended.

Daniela and Oscar are really great! Too bad we stayed only one night. The B&B is located close to the airport, the area is very quiet and the room was big and clean. Also, very delicious homemade and freshly prepared food! Highly recommended!

The host Pat has gone out of his way to do as much as possible to assist me with my first visit to Quito. This is a place that you could stay a few days and feel at home. The food prepared by Maria is also muy delicioso :) It is the perfect destination, so much so, I stayed another day!

    I visited this hotel with my family (spouse and three kids, ages 11, 6 and 3) for one night, and we all loved it. The grounds were beautiful, the staff was nice, and the dinner was delicious and cheap. Our room was huge, and the beds were very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed a little longer.

    I appreciated the courtesy shuttle arrangement - reduced the stress of getting a taxi to and from the airport. Many choices for breakfast. I loved the fresh squeezed orange juice and its machine - amazing! The bed and the pillows are so comfortable. The room is very clean. I was so happy to see a hair dryer in the bathroom which I haven't seen in other hotels in Quito. The garden is so big and beautiful. I wish I could stay longer to enjoy it.
