Ok where to star from we came with 3 families and had a very fast and smooth check in and given us the best rooms they had available the manager himself Mahmoud and the staff at reception was excellent and give us the best welcome and helped us out with late check out and took away all the stress I had for my late check out specially I had kids. I can never than you guys enough l.This hotel is a full entertainment hotel wonderful animation team Wasem Alex Lilly and the kids club guys and a few more that I forgot the name wow wonderful guys. Kitchen staff was amazing the chefs were personally coming and asking if we liked the food and introducing Egyptian food Ahmed the chef manager became like a family and had so much laugh at restaurant and made our holiday very special. The food is different everyday and lots of different delicious options to choose and eat from.i will definitely come again and again to this hotel. All I can say come and see it for yourself for family couples they have everything and if you want to see in video I will upload the video on my sons YouTube channel soon you will see it and love it.

We had a wonderful vacation at Le Jardin Resort. The staff were very helpful and welcoming from the start, especially Mr. Abd El Salam at the reception who supported us throughout our stay. The housekeeping, bar, and restaurant teams were also excellent. The food was delicious and of high quality — the chefs really know how to cook! We also enjoyed the aqua park, pools, and the beautiful sandy beach with warm water. Everything was very clean and hygienic, and we truly appreciated the attention to cleanliness in all areas. Thank you for the great experience — we’ll definitely be back!
