JJ guesthouse is a wonderfull place. The all family is welcoming, and always smiling. You will feel like home. The rooms are spacious, fully equiped (AC, fridge etc) and beds are very confortable. The house is perfectly located with an amazing rooftop with Nile view. On the rooftop the best chef of Aswan will take care of you and served you delicious breakfast. We could wash our clothes here, wich was usefull. Do not look for another place, book here and you wont regret it. We were really lucky to be there and we hope we will come back one day. Thank you again JJ for everything.

Our children absolutely loved the place, and we, as parents, truly appreciated the peaceful and safe setting. The homemade food is simply divine—full of flavors and made with love. The tranquility of this place is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. This guest house is brand new and undoubtedly the best place to stay on Elephantine Island. It’s wonderfully clean, welcoming, and authentic. If you’re looking for a kid-friendly spot to create unforgettable family memories, look no further. This was place was absolutely fantastic! The location is stunning, directly on the Nile river inside the Nubian village. The rooms have been recently renovated. The staff was super kind, welcoming and helpful. Last but not least, the food was excellent (probably the best and most authentic we had our whole trip!). We loved our stay and hope to be back in the future.
