Amazing experience!!! Friendly and helpful, exceptional service - they will help with any request. You feel like a very wanted guest. Food is 10/10 each time, great variety of options. The hotel is appealing and warmly designed. The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. Already at check-in, you can feel that you are welcome. You don‘t have to stand at the reception to check in; instead you are invited to take a seat on the sofa and enjoy various fresh mad fruit juices. The check-in process is very pleasant and smooth. The staff is trying to fulfil all our needs. We also like the food. In this hotel you can really relax.

The whole staff was amazing from the Front desk to the drivers to the cleaners to the waiters and gym trainer without talking about the managers the cooks from the bars or restaurants. We felt home , welcomed . Real family environment. The hotel is huge , beautiful, clean and well organised. Thank you to all the Amr , so many of them but all amazing. Our Gym trainer , Kyrillos from the front desk . We will remember each individual from this hotel. Highly recomended !

The stay at Jaz Amara exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, friendly, professional, attentive, always with the smile and make you feel like home. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture; new, tasteful and modern, and at the same time giving a delightful atmosphere of ancient times. Not to forget the magnificent library! The hotel is located near the sea with perfect conditions for snorkling the coral reaf from a pier at the hotels beach. Pool is pleasant and superclean as the rest of the hotel. The restaurant serves the most delicious egyptian meals. All members of staff are attentive, very helpful and nice. Absolutely no pushing of sales. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Like finding a hidden diamond. Go for the all inclusive.

We recently had a 19 day trip around Egypt and I can definitely say that the Iberotel Costa Mares was the best hotel/resort that we stayed at in Egypt and on par with other 5 star resorts we’ve stayed at around the world. We had two deluxe family ground floor rooms with views on the gorgeous 45m long pool for our family of five. The rooms were very spatial, comfortable, clean and had all the modern conveniences you’d want. We spent our days moving from the pool to the beach and back again. The resort’s position on the bay is perfect for swimming with the sea turtles and the sea cows (dugong). There are other reviews that criticise the tour boats being the in the bay but this didn’t bother us - they are far enough from the shore and the bay is certainly big enough for everyone to enjoy. The dive centre, less than 10 minutes walk down the beach at the sister resort, is an added bonus. We had a great excursion to the Dolphin House where one in our group was able to dive while the rest of us did snorkelling. We chose Costa Mares for the location and the great reviews on the food and service. Khalif and his food and beverage team certainly didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed our meals at the Coral Restaurant (buffet) where there is a vast selection of Egyptian and International foods and always freshly grilled or barbecue meat and fish in the evening. The food was fresh, tasty and good quality. Special mentions to Mohamed Allam and both Ahmeds at the Coral Restaurant, Ahmed Mahout at the pool bar and lifeguard Amr who looked after us so well, greeted us with smiles and genuine kindness and worked so hard to ensure that we always received 5 star service. Thank you to the lovely staff for making our stay at Costa Mares such a wonderful holiday.
