The property is really beautiful, set on an island of Aswan. The welcomed me in like I was apart of their family and made it feel more homely. It is such a beautiful property and accessible only by boat. The island is beautiful. Plus their kitchen is incredible - the food was delicious! I would always recommend people to stay here for the peaceful atmosphere and the incredible sunrises over the water.

The owner, JJ, and his team were very friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable and they organized a trip to Abu Simbel for me. When I got sick, they postponed the trip by a day, so I had time to get back in shape. JJ's wife also served me the strongest ginger tea I have ever had, to get me back up. Days later, while I was staying at another place, I walked past the hotel again and JJ spontaneously invited me to a dinner they were throwing for a group of guests. Thanks a lot!

Our children absolutely loved the place, and we, as parents, truly appreciated the peaceful and safe setting. The homemade food is simply divine—full of flavors and made with love. The tranquility of this place is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. This guest house is brand new and undoubtedly the best place to stay on Elephantine Island. This was place was absolutely fantastic! The location is stunning, directly on the Nile river inside the Nubian village. The rooms have been recently renovated. The staff was super kind, welcoming and helpful. Last but not least, the food was excellent (probably the best and most authentic we had our whole trip!). We loved our stay and hope to be back in the future.

Beautiful house on Elefantine Island. Everything brand new and of good quality. Host Abu picked us up on arrival, organised a free sunset tour (just tip the guide at the end). We also booked transportation to Abu Simbel and Luxor at a very reasonable price through Abu, in very comfortable cars. We were able to use the washing machine for free, there is an equipped kitchen to use. Food is very tasty. Beautiful rooftop restaurant.
