The facility was really nice, we liked that we could use the Laguna vista also, they had a really fun aqua park. When we first arrived at the hotel, and ate the food we had a bit problem with the spices, as we are used to other tastes, we told the staff and they called the manager of the restaurant, Samir Mostafa. He was so helpful, and such a nice gentleman, he made special dinners for us and really made the stay so pleasent for us. If anything goes wrong ask for this man, he will do anything he can to help. We also came too early to the hotel, but the receptionist, ziad, made an early check for us, we were first due to 14:00 o clock, but we already got the bungalow 08:00 o clock. The last day as we checked out, the manager told us we could still use the facilities and the eat at the restaurant until our fly were due. They were so nice and the room were cleaned daily. It was our honeymoon so they tried to make the stay more special by sending invitation to a romantic and making the room more romantic for us by using rose petals. We really recommend this place as u get good valuta for the money.

We had a great stay at this resort. The staff is very nice and helpful, the environment is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the food and dessert selection is huge and everything was very tasty! The pools are heated, so even on a cooler day it was a pleasant time. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay overall, with many positives and just one disappointing experience at the end. First, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of appearance—it actually looks even better than the pictures on booking sites. At check-in, the receptionist was very accommodating, providing the room I requested and even allowing early check-in, which started my stay off perfectly. The room was spacious, newly renovated, comfortable, and clean, with excellent housekeeping service from Fathy. All the staff offered great customer service, especially in the main restaurant and the snack bar. The beach, while rocky, is easily accessible with a short walk, and sea shoes make it safe for kids to swim. The coral reef is one of the best in Sharm el-Sheikh, especially on calm days without wind. The variety of food was good, though it did become a bit repetitive. The kids' club staff were wonderful with the children, and the animation team was fantastic, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was slightly spoiled after check-out. About an hour After leaving my room and I had already checked out at the reception and was ready to exit with my car, a security guard at the main gate asked me to wait while they checked the room. I found this unprofessional and honestly disrespectful—I mean, what did they expect to find? Did they think I’d try to take the TV or pillows? I’ve never encountered this in any other hotel, even within JAZ hotels. While I truly enjoyed my stay, this ending left me feeling disappointed and upset, which was a shame after such a lovely experience.

The experience was exceptional the service and value for money is definitely a recommendation. All my respect to all staff for their great service and hospitality, Miss Salwa at the reception made sure my stay was zero issues checking on me on daily basis, I would like to thank her so much for the great service I felt really spoiled. The variety of food and different cuisines is tasty and amazing, the place is lively full of activities for kids and adults. Ideal place for couples, family and even solos for a great gateway.     Fantastic service and all of the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The manager was very good and accomidating. The hotel was very clean and well kept and there were a large variety of food options and they were all very tasty. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony and the room's door block all outside noise and the air con is very adjustable. The location is nearby to many places. The swimming pool is also incredibly nice and relaxing and the lounge is comfortable and large.

    The hotel is quite big, the location is excellent, about 20 minutes by car from the airport and has a very clean private beach equipped with every service. The pools are very nice and the facility is spotless. In particular thanks to Mohamed Soudi who cleaned my room every day, very kind. The service is excellent, all the staff members are very kind, in particular Mohamed Gamal (who speaks also Italian language very well) is a very nice and kind person. Thanks also to all the staff of the diving center, in particular to Mustafa and Emil.

    Location for this price was amazing. Last minute deals are even cheaper. You can get breakfast in the local restaurant for $3 buffet and dinner for $5. Staff was amazing, always helpful. The guy at the security gate was always smiling and so helpful. Please take some little bag of sweets for local children especially when you go for trips.
