We went for a weekend stay, center of Madrid was to expensive so was looking for a place to stay just on the outside of central Madrid. This hotel was brilliant with a close train station, close to the center of leganes. Meet all our needs and the staff were so helpful, gave us a guide for the trains and Madrid underground and told us the best routes to take. They were brilliant 😁

looked nice n definitely had that university feel to it. was quite clean, only few bits i noticed but nothing too bad. thought we weren’t going to have any hot water at the start, but eventually it got hot. staff was really nice, specially the lady we saw when we were checking out :) thank again

The hotel is situated very very close to metro station - literally near the door! In my case it was important due my schedule. Breakfast has different choices, hot and cold etc, and I loved the city view from the breakfast room's glass wall. The bed is comfortable and my room has enough of space.

Absolutely Perfect Stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was simply excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Even the air-conditioning was already on before we stepped in — a small detail, but so appreciated given the scorching heat outside. Walking into that cool, refreshing environment was the perfect welcome! Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. Cleanliness, comfort, service — all top-tier. Honestly, I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended

Absolutely, here's a glowing review for Ivan's apartment in Madrid: --- I cannot recommend Ivan's apartment enough! Our stay was absolutely perfect. The accommodation itself is stunning, with all the amenities one could ask for. The location is unreal, just a stone's throw away from central Madrid, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is not only beautiful but also very comfortable, providing a true home away from home experience. Ivan and Alex were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their generosity and attentiveness made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of throughout our time in Madrid. Thank you, Ivan and Alex, for an unforgettable experience.     This was a lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here, we chose this hotel for the location as we went to a festival that was near, it exceeded our expectations! It was near the metro station, restaurants, cafes and shops were all very near and it's a nice quiet area. It was spotless clean, the beds were very comfy, and the reception and cleaning staff were some of the friendliest we've ever met, they couldn't do enough for us! We would highly recommend this hotel! 😀
