We had everything we could ask for. The entry process was made really simple and the apartment was spotless and really comfortable with a huge TV and brilliant shower. The location was also ideal being only a few minutes walk from both Seville city centre and the train station. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it.

The location of the hotel is ideal for the main sites, the views from the rooms with a view and terrace are first class and a good reason to stay at the hotel. If you plan to use the hotel car park it is very good value, metres from the hotel but a challenge to enter and manoeuvre- we had a “mid-size” car but anything bigger might be difficult to park. The hotel and rooms were very clean and well maintained.

Location in the heart of Seville is ideal. The apartment was spotless, all appliances worked well. There was toilet paper, coffe pods and enough towels for the stay. Would recommend this place.

The Silken Al-Andalus Palace hotel was on the outskirts of Seville, we chose this location so we didn't have to drive into the city. We parked at the hotel and used the local bus which was within easy walking distance to the city centre- this was ideal for our needs. The staff were friendly and hotel was very clean, generally quiet even though it's obviously used by tour groups. There was lots of choice on the buffet breakfast. We also ate in the hotel restaurant and couldn't fault the food there.
