We cannot thank Annie enough for her hospitality and all she did for us during our stay in Nice! The apartment was in a fantastic location, it was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. Annie provided breakfast for us both mornings delivered fresh from the bakery, she provided home made fig jam and home cakes which were delicious! We would definitely recommend staying at the apartment if you are travelling to Nice, it is literally 2 blocks from the beach! Annie is a fantastic host and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is one you will not forget! Thank you so very much Annie xx

We had a truly enjoyable stay in Nice, and we were very pleased with the apartment. It was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all the necessary items. The spacious terrace was a delightful addition. The apartment's location was excellent, situated in a charming neighborhood and just a minute's walk from the tram station. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a visit to Nice. Frank was exceptionally hospitable and ensured that we had everything we needed.

The check-in instructions were clear and made the process of arrival, parking, and entering the hotel very easy. The welcome was extremely pleasant and hospitable. The room was very clean, with a nice partial view to the sea, bathroom was spacious, location was great, just a couple of steps from the beach and from a tram stop, great pizza place next door, not too far from the airport.

Apartment was spotlessly clean , comfortable bed , plenty of towels to use and ideal for a couple . We had very good correspondence with the owner .

    Very nice hotel with a perfect location in Nice. Close to shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed the hotel, it was perfect as a budget alternative. Always worry about the cleaning when booking cheaper hotels but this was perfect, very clean!
