We enjoyed the country setting, the grounds, the breakfast, the history and most of all the effort put in by the host. Our room was lovely, with lots of little touches and style. Breakfast was very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend a visit.

The room was huge and the bathroom spectacular. All of the staff were extremely polite and responsive from the moment we checked in and were helped with our bags. The food was great and the location in the heart of Dedham Vale stunningly beautiful.

Booked the weekend for my partners birthday, she loved it! Really cute and peaceful location. Really cool being able to interact with the animals on site….the Alpacas and Goats were my favourite haha. The tiny home was well equipped and everything was easy to use, the hot tube topped the weekend off! Definitely recommend and would 100% come again.

We enjoyed an excellent stay at The Granary in advance of our wedding. The property was perfect for our needs and was a very useful base to help us prepare for the big day. The hosts in particular were very warm and welcoming, and were there for us should there have been the need for any additional help. We would definitely like to stay here again!

    Beautiful rooms, very clean and beautiful location. The guests were outstanding, so accommodating and really went that extra mile to make our stay special. The food at the cafe was also excellent and they accommodated gluten free and dairy free guests. We will be returning!

    We arrived tired and frazzled,hoping for a quiet and relaxing week to explore the area. The Foxes den was perfect for this - convenient location , spotlessly clean and comfortable, we slept so well on the soft bed. But what made it really special was the lovely welcoming and helpful Vanessa, plus her amazing breakfasts ! We will definately return again

    You genuinely won’t meet a nicer couple. They couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely location. Room was spotless. Shower was awesome. Breakfast was sensational. Can’t speak highly enough about this place. Would recommend to anyone.

    The Den was exceptional, absolutely spotless, the bed was so comfortable and the hot tub was great. The host, Vanessa could not have been more helpful, she was so lovely and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was out of this world. I could not recommend this enough. A wonderful place to stay and would definitely go back. Ideal romantic getaway.
