It was a fabulous experience. The staff was also very good. I have booked two rooms to celebrate my sista birthday but as we checked in to the second room, it was dirty so we called the management and to the best they have offered a different one bedroom apartment. I really want to thank the team to save my planning to celebrate my sista birthday

The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the staff are fantastic. Robes and slippers were provided. The toiletries were very nice. There was enough coffee, milk etc for our stay and a really good coffee machine. The rooms are nicely spaced apart so you're not staring into your neighbours room. It also feels very safe as the rooms are behind the marina gates with an access fob required. We ate in the restaurant one of the nights and the food was excellent. So were the cocktails! We enjoyed sitting on the private deck in the evening. It's only a short walk to the train station with regular trains into Cardiff and to Barry island. We will definitely stay here again.

Gabriele was a fantastic host who went out of his way to render assistance when we met with unforseen circumstances during our holiday. He was very prompt to respond to questions we had about the apartment's facilities and professionally followed up to make sure everything was ok. This was much appreciated. The apartment was clean, on a high floor with an unblocked view and perfectly located. We stayed for 3 nights and would have stayed longer had it been available for our unplanned 6 nights in Cardiff. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant and pub was amazing. The food was very, very good (the best we had in the UK). We didn't need to find a place for dinner when the best restaurant is at the Inn. The breakfast was outstanding. Did I mention how nice the staff was? They could not have been nicer. It is nice there is parking behind the Inn. Highly recommended!

    The unit was very comfortable with great facilities including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It had been updated, was very clean in a great location. The owner was very easy to contact and dealt with a minor issue straight away. He also provided lots of information about what to do/see in the area. Free parking on the street.

    Rear entrance access lift was great for me and location was perfect for the Nothing But Thieves Concert at Cardiff Castle I went to with one of my Sons. The hotel name sounds posh! I got a good deal on the price as a budget room with two single beds which was upgraded to a double round room with a good view of the city!
