    Accommodation & location was great. Train station was a 10 minute walk, the town centre less than 5 mins. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Will defiantly stay here again when we visit our friends in Chelmsford.

    No breakfast offered in this location but complimentary breakfast cereal bars and tea bags etc provided. Lovely beamed decent sized room, self controlled heating/Aircon unit, comfortable bed, good bathroom (extractor fan broken). Food in restaurant/pub very good, large variety - reasonable price for the quality and quantity but not cheap. Plenty of garden seating. Location very close to town and river walk. I would recommend this Inn.

    Great location, near to where we needed to be. Very comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of parking. All you could possible need was in the kitchen, had a very homely feel. Very clean throughout. Rang before hand to ask about recommendations for Taxi and they were very helpful in providing a couple of firms. Happi Cabs were brilliant and easy to deal with.
