We had such a great stay over. It really felt like a home away from home. Really relaxing, treating the family to a night on a boat got all the smiles I hoped it would. Paige couldn't have been any more helpful. Giving great directions , keeping in touch for check in etc and then meeting me to walk me around. We slept really really well , I'd Def recommend. The amount of space you get for the price of a hotel room , why would you stay anywhere else.

Perfect location. Quiet neighbourhood. Idéal to have car parked in front of the house. Warm welcome from the owner. Fully equipped room with à desk/table to either eat and/or work. Even à microwave in the confortable bedroom.Spotless bathroom. I keep the address and shall return. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location was ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. A beautiful house within walking distance of Esher high street. Our room was sufficiently spacious for our teenage son to sleep on a camp bed. The bathroom was modern and large, the shower excellent. We enjoyed views over greenery and ample light in both bedroom and bathroom. The road is not a main one and we were not bothered by the noise of traffic. The full English breakfast was fabulous!

The hosts are extremely welcoming and very nice. Tha room was big with a comfortable bed and a great walk-in shower, which for me is essential. Breakfast was wonderful, with alot of choices. The location is very convenient whether for sightseeing or flying in or out of Heathrow airport.

    The room was a lovely size and very clean. I loved the shower and that there was the little niknaks for washing. Check in was simple as completed form before arrival so just had to add my car reg and signature, receptionist was friendly. Arrived just in time for food and although the fries came out cold they very quickly swapped those out with no complaints. Beautiful location by the river with plenty of outdoor seating which is also kept very clean and tidy

    Everything about this property is excellent with a big bonus of parking on site. The triple room was excellent for my friend and her 2 teenage children as was our room and the single room. Food at the hotel is excellent value for money and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Ideal location to visit Thorpe park.
