Absolutely every was beyond amazing. Perfect place if you want homely, cosy, comfortable, accessible to everything in and around the Cotswolds, groceries and retail shops. More than what you think you need is provided. The bed was super comfortable also, massive plus. We needed some serious R&R and this place became a warm haven to chill out in. Quiet also...It exceeded our expectations. Would most definitely stay again.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk into the centre of Cirencester. Good base for all areas of the Cotswolds. Clean and tidy, with breakfast items available, sourdough bread, eggs, jam, orange juice, milk, tea and coffee included in the cost which was a really nice touch. Sorry the photos are dark, we arrived late at night.

It was the most amazing finale to our honeymoon and we couldn't ask for a better weekend. We like the homily feel to it with Jacky making sure that her every guests were comfortable and enjoying their stay. The place was spotlessly clean especially the bathroom. There were towels and face towels provided. The rooms were so well decorated, we love that there was wifi access info, a clothes railing with abundant hangers included, door coat hooks, a small TV, luggage rack, hairdryer, two wireless charging pad and two complimentary water bottles. The beds were so comfortable that we almost slept right through the day. The garden was great too especially if it was sunny. There is a river on the front of the house and there were seats and small table available where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea whilst listening to the stream. The breakfast that was included was great as well with different cearels, bread, egg, orange juice and unlimited coffee throughout the day. The information that was provided by Jacky before and during our stay were very helpful. Even the signages throughout the house was brilliant. Thank you Jacky for an amazing stay and we hope to come back again.

    Chris and Ann were amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The cottage was spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable and the snacks basket a real bonus! We will definitely book again. Ideal location to visit our daughter at RAU. Great food at Thames Head Inn, just up the road too. Thank you both for your kind hospitality, will recommend to everyone x
