I loved staying at Carl's place. He was very welcoming and everything was tidy. The room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen, toilet and shower corresponded to expectations too. The location is also lovely. I had a really good rest here. Good value for the money. I recommend!

From the moment we reached the hotel, we were exceptionally taken care of by the staff and all our requirements and preferences were met beyond expectations. The boat was great 👍, so quiet, and had comfortable beds. We went to a concert at the 02, the tube (jubilee line) is a 10 min walk and then 1 stop to the 02 so worked out as a perfect little stay. The boat itself was small but comfortable with quirky decoration throughout. I would definitely stay again! Staff very friendly too.

For Our First Time in Brixton the house is in good location. A good size for a room with a good sided Bathroom, everything was very clean. They offer botle of water ,coffe/Tea and biscuits, so kind. We meet Sarah, she was very lovely, welcoming us so nice and make us feel we are at home. I will definitely coming back to this place in the future. Good value for money to x

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Teresa was always quick to respond to our queries. The accomodation was very comfortable, clean, plenty of towels, sheets and extra bedding. It is located literally across from the over ground train station and a five minute or less, walk to the bus stop. There are gorgeous coffee shops minutes away and a local shop across the road. I recommend this property for location, comfort, great service from accommodation manager Teresa. Just one thing to keep in mind if driving, parking is limited and not always space. However I came across an app called JustPark, which finds affordable spaces, we found one right near this lovely flat.

I love being on the water, whether it be on a large cruise ship or a river boat. #Ahoy is an old working boat and that should be borne in mind when booking. She's quirky and fun. I loved my time aboard! The area is lovely and convenient for transport into central London.
