Gravetye Manor is a magical place. The house built in the late 1500’s retains its charm and has all the modern comforts. Breakfast offers many choices of hot and cold foods. You sit by floor to ceiling windows looking out on the spectacular gardens. The bedroom (Pear) was large and had three windows overlooking the gardens. Staff are friendly, kind, competent. Dinner came with 4-5 little extra food treats between courses. A marvellous experience!

In the heart of the Sussex country side located on a working farm this was a very quiet location with lovely countryside sounds of birds, sheep and cows in the background. The room was very comfortable and spacious. There was more than enough for breakfast which was delicious and freshly cooked.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The accommodation was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, very clean, and perfectly equipped. We especially appreciated the fresh flowers and the lovely welcome treats like sweets, butter, bread, and fresh eggs — such a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home.     The property has an excellent location on a quiet road just a 5 minute walk from the town centre and very close to the national cycle network. Secure bicycle storage is provided free of charge. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The excellent breakfast is good value for money and served by Brian the proprietor who was very friendly and helpful.

    Excellent value for money. Very clean room and everything we needed in the room. Mini fridge was very useful. Some 4 star hotels do not have them. Had a buffet breakfast which was very good. Very quiet location and not to far from the town centre. Will definitely return to this bed and breakfast again when we are visiting relatives in the area.

    Extremely clean, decorated and facilitated to the highest standard, Decent views out the windows, Plenty of free parking, Ideal location (10 min walk into Town Centre) Desk and Chair in the room (important to me) Plenty of plug sockets and most importantly, close to the bed!

    Superb location .Parking available at a reasonable day rate and just a short walk through a lovely churchyard (and free after 6pm till 8am)Delightful room ,very clean,crisp white sheets.Attached to a lovely terrace and over a bar ,which had a lovely ambience and quirky feel.staff absolutely fantastic ,helpful and friendly,all with a smile and lovely natures.it was a superb choice of accommodation and would highly recommended to anyone in that area.
