We had such a lovely time here. The room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts are some of the kindest people we’ve ever met — warm, welcoming, and truly caring. The house is beautifully maintained, and the location is peaceful yet close to Edinburgh. We felt right at home and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Extremely well located, only 15 mins by foot from the city centre and 20 minutes from Edinburgh castle, the apartments are extremely comfortable and spacious. We had apt 1, 4 and 9, all 1 bedroom apartments, made out of a bedroom and a living room/ kitchenette. We enjoyed the street view from apartment 4 ( located on the ground floor), the outdoor terrace from apartment 1 ( lower ground floor situated) and the tranquility of apartment 9. We expected apartment 4 to be noisy due to the location on the ground floor but we didn’t feel at all disturbed by the comings and goings. The living room however being street oriented was a bit noisy due to the traffic, but that can’t be helped due to the positioning of the apartment.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. Though the location is not in the city centre, it is well-connected with good bus services, making it easy to get around without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and professionally. The hotel itself is modern and impeccably clean, with stylish decor throughout. My room was no exception, featuring a super comfortable bed that made it easy to get a good night's sleep. There was a minor issue with the door to my room, but it was quickly resolved once I reported it to the staff, which speaks volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. Both the check-in and check-out processes went smoothly, contributing to a stress-free stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and modern place to stay with excellent service and good transport links.

The staff were exceptional in every way. Jackie and her team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The food was top quality and gorgeous. The room more than met our expectations, it was really large and airy, and no roadside or bar noise could be heard at all in the bedrooms. The bathroom had both an extra large shower and a beautiful free-standing bathtub. I cannot recommend The Reaburn highly enough and will definitely return and will recommend it to anyone I know going to Edinburgh

The house is beautiful, clean and made us feel very comfortable! It has everything that you need: microwave, fridge, toaster… The responsable for the house also thought about every single detail: towels, shampoo, soap, shower gel and he was very attentive with us! We felt like it was our own home.
