Great communications, little touches like port and Baileys left out for enjoyment. Also, the area was quiet and perfect location to explore Grasmere. Shower was powerful and the dog settled in brilliantly.

The host was very welcoming and warm, he couldn't do enough for the guests. The breakfasts were a real treat with local produce cooked perfectly and served quickly. The location was ideal in the centre of grasmere with plenty of local restaurants and bars and lots of interesting walks near by

Very cosy room (303) even had a little balcony. Breaky was delicious with plenty of self serve items and the a cooked breakfast of your choice. Restaurant food was pretty good as well. Fabulous lounge area with so many chesterfield lounges. Beautiful village

    The Staff were very friendly and helpful! The location was Ideal. The room was comfortable and I really liked the balcony. The place was very clean and quiet which was lovely. The location is absolutely beautiful and having the sound and view of the river was a lovely treat. It's a very easy walk into the village.

    The hotel is in an ideal location. The surrounding views are magnificent. Our room was in a quiet part of the hotel overlooking the garden. It was very clean and a good size for us and our dog. Breakfast was great. Plenty to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
