The Annexe felt like a New York apartment. I instantly felt at home, enjoying the comfort and amenities. Plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

The instructions were easy to follow to get into the flat and everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything needed. The location was good, about 15 minutes walk to Picadilly Station and about another 5 minutes or so to the city centre. I would recommend this property to anyone, be aware it is first floor so wouldn't suit someone with mobility issues, but otherwise would be great.

Beautiful property. Really well decorated and very clean. Had all the basics that I needed. Host was contactable easily. Very good value for money. Perfect location, walking distance to Mcdonald's and only a 10 minute drive to the Co-op. I would definitely stay again when going to an event.
