Second stay here as it is close to visiting my family in the UK. The hotels were wonderful in fulfilling the request for lower level rooms. We had a family meet up with a lot of family with smaller children and they put us in an area where the kids could move and play without us being a disruption to other guests. Food in restaurant was lovely and a good choice to pick from.

The staff were exceptional during our stay. We had a few issues to deal with not related to our stay, the staff helped us in every way. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the food delicious.

The whole Inn/Hotel was fabulous, stunning internal design. Booked a standard room and got a mini-suite! Everything about the Swan was first class, exceptional in fact. We ate dinner and breakfast on-site, great choice of food very good quality and service. Just a random booking on our part, we stayed at 4 hotels on this trip, the Swan is what we remember most about our trip, for all the right reasons.

    WE enjoyed the location very much - we were on our way to Devon and it was ideally situated close to the M6 as a stop over break. Food was good and we enjoyed our room as it had a balcony and overlooked the countryside
