The apartment was large and very clean, providing ample space and a comfortable environment. It was exactly what we needed for a restful stay. The surrounding area was quite peaceful, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. Clashmore House delivered a feeling of well being and relaxation throughout our stay. The owners have done an amazing job keeping the charm and feel of this elegant property. You feel as if you have arrived at a stately baronial home and the welcome and attention you receive is exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic. From the full cooked Scottish breakfast to the pancakes and other delights prepared for your table by the owners. The room we had was amazing. It was exactly what we saw in the pictures and it did not disappoint. A great space which has been well decorated to achieve the look and feel of a room fit for royalty. There has been few rooms we have stayed in that gave us this space and the comfort we experienced. The en-suite bathroom with rolled top bath was just as spacious and tastefully decorated. A good selection of toiletries and products were placed for our use. The main entrance and Hallway are your first wow factor and then you see the breakfast room. The hosts have done amazing with what they have got opened at this time with the rooms and we cannot wait to go back and see how this gem of a find has grown.

The accommodation was excellent. We stayed one night on route home. The facilities were of a very high standard and the whole of the house was exceptionally clean. Wish we could have stayed longer. They allowed our dogs to stay too. I highly recommend this property. The host was very friendly.

    The. Location was lovely & central to Lairg & Dornoch & great hikes! I would definitely book again! Plentiful books & movies available stored in laundry room. Very clean.. a perfect get away! Loved the bird feeder & watching the birds, bird book & binoculars included! Lovely veranda to sit out & enjoy the peace & quiet.

    The Lodge was fabulous and had everything we needed. It was cosy and spotlessy clean. The location is so peaceful and ideal for chilling. Close enough to stunning beaches and forest walks. The hosts provided nice little touches to welcome us and our dog. Beautiful stunning views in a great location, and the hosts had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and homely. Thank you, Tracey and Ivan. we hope to visit again 😀
