Google maps puts you outside 74 Robin Hood Lane but you need to go a little further down the hill and turn right at GP surgery where the road forks to stay on Robin Hood Lane. No house number visible but number 32 next door has big visible numbers. Our takeaway delivery had the same issue trying to find the property so put a note on any takeaways.

The apartment is has been decorated so beautifully that it feels luxurious and yet homely at the same time. The space is great with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room worked really well for us. The allocated parking space makes it very easy as you don’t have to search for a place each time you return. We will definitely return!

Amazing time at the follies. Natalie and her husband were very welcoming and helpful even treated me to a bottle of Vino. They left us to it the whole weekend, it felt private and so relaxed. Facilities were lovely and clean, the bed was super comfortable. They provided everything we needed other than food and drinks. We had a pit fire every night and a bean bag to snuggle up on by the fire. I would 100% return, next time with My kids and dog!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely amazing, very clean, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. The bed was super comfy, and we slept so well. Beautiful house, rooms are LARGE; owner and his wife are really very helpful, assisting with every request. The hotel was even better (and nicer) than it looks on the photo's. Great place to stay! And, if you plan to visit London: Maidstone East station to Victoria station is less than an hour.. ;)

Although I was arriving before official checkin has started I could enter the cabin. Everything was as described. It was clean and comfortable, well equipped with even a microwave. The staff was extraordinary friendly.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is nice and contained with lots of amenities. We were going to an event and needed to drop the car off earlier than the check in time and we returned quite late at night. As the property is a lock box check in this was super easy. The best part - the bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great.

This is a perfect little place to stop for a night to recharge myself, I really love the fact that it smell very much like home for me, everything is made with love. I was really surprised that there is even a fully working TV in the room, a mini kitchen with microwave and kettle which allow myself to make my food warm without having to cycle back out for food and the face that there is a en-suit bathroom all to myself was a bonus. I just love a carpet floor.

    Great location handy for National Trust places we had planned to visit. Very quiet except early on the second morning when the bins were being emptied. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean and the en suite shower room was very good. Breakfast was left in the room for us and was exactly as expected. It was nice to have fresh milk and yogurts in the fridge.

    The facilities were great and Deborah was super helpful the whole weekend. Location was ideal for what we needed, 10 mins drive from St Andrews Lake too! Made good use of the fire pit / bbq and easily accommodated 6 people

    The web photos do not do it justice: Lovely quiet location in a pretty village, easy parking, dedicated apartment block with secure room access, modern spacious and spotless, roomy bathroom with fabulous shower and plenty of hot water, and the best bed I've slept in for a while. Nice extras like a full size fridge with fresh milk and yoghurt, and continental breakfast tray replenished every day. The food in the main pub was very good and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Nothing bad to say!
