Super friendly staff. We checked in quite late around 8-9pm. The staff was really care whether we are hungry and would like anything for dinner. The chef stayed pass his time to cook a meal for us. We really appreciated it. The room size is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is great. Big car park.

The cottage was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had many extras included that you would not normally get in a holiday home. It was extremely clean with everything and more that you would possibly need for a stay. The large garden was very private with various seating areas and lovely mature fruit trees and plants . The host was very quick at getting back to me with any query and was very pleasant and friendly.

Tammie Norrie Cottage is amazing, very clean and comfortable. Comfy beds. Great location with sea views and a short walk across the playpark to the beach . The playpark is great for the little ones and because the location is not in town or residential area is not too busy but is open to the public. There is a wee shop on the caravan park that sells basic essentials in high season. The Premier shop in Whitehills has a small cafe and does home delivery of fresh home cooked food and groceries for a small £1.50 delivery charge. We had freshly cooked Scottish breakfast delivered piping hot on several days. Phone signal is patchy at times so if it is important to you then maybe this is not the right location. The area is notorious for poor signal but that didn't bother us in the slightest because there is good wifi.

It has a lovely location, with excellent views over the Banff beach, sea and coastline. The property is very clean and has all of the required facilities required for a lovely self-catering stay. Teresa was a wonderful and friendly host, who also provided a tasty home-baked cake, along with bread and milk to start us off. Thanks again for a brilliant, comfortable stay and we can’t wait to return.

    The hotel fits perfectly in this beautiful place. Clean, tidy and a lovely room. The beer garden is tastefully planted and everywhere is bright and cosy. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant is highly recommended. The Cullen Skink soup is a dream. An absolute recommendation. Ideal for relaxing.

    An absolutely immaculate, cosy cottage with excellent facilities and a truly homely feel. Perfect location for exploring the area and ideal fully enclosed garden for the dogs. Perfect!

    The hotel is a brilliant location for the Banff Springs hotel (less than 10mins away) where we were attending a wedding. Breakfast was great - a lovely full breakfast was available plus juices and coffee/tea/toast etc The bed was very comfy and the room very clean.

    Lovely quiet location, and modern facilities in a quirky old building. Welcoming and friendly staff who were attentive but not overly "in your face" for a solo traveller. Such a comfy bed and excellent food in the bar and for breakfast. Very clean and everything I wanted to hand. I will be back.
