The Guest House is new and well set up for visitors. The owners and their family were extremely helpful and friendly. They even offered to collect us from Sighnaghi after some logistical issues, and have made every effort to get property we left in the House to us. The views from the balcony are great, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They even have a coffee station set up with sweets and treats always available. A really great place to stay if you are in the area.

We had a magical stay at Kardanakhi Estate. The estate is made up of beautiful, historic buildings that have been tastefully modernised, the rooms were extremely comfortable with good beds, AC and bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious too. We also did a “Taste of Tradition” cooking class and wine tasting which was excellent and really relaxing. The host was very knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in the area and would stay again.

We booked this villa for a weekend getaway and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Giorgi was an incredibly gracious host, ensuring a seamless check-in process and providing all the necessary details. The villa itself is beautifully decorated, both inside and out, and the property grounds, shared with the Ambassadori Resort, offer wonderful space for walks and recreational activities such as golfing, tennis, and horseback riding.
