It’s very cozy and silent place near a beautiful river. It actually looks better than in pictures and it has a private space. Jacuzzi was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay. I also feel very greatful for their service. I had some struggles with my cat and they facilitated the situation with a lot of compassion, support and understanding.

We had an unforgettable stay at this cottage right on the shore of the Zhinvali Reservoir. The location is simply stunning – you step outside, and you’re right by the water, surrounded by mountains and breathtaking views. The property itself is huge, giving plenty of space to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and feel completely private.
