Great company and food. and had a lovely tour of the tea factory.

Beautiful place near the mountain river. Friendly landlord. The most important: dog friendly. All facilities: air conditioner, clean water, electric stove, etc. Comfortable place for a barbecue. You have your entry to the river - also you have the opportunity to sit near the river inside the house territory.

The wood structure is very beautiful.

This is an excellent place for chilling in the nature, the mountain river is just a few minutes from the camp. We enjoyed the time that we spent in the camp, resting, talking to other travellers. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The wooden apartment was cozy and clean.

Wonderful place with friendly people. Everything was great. We enjoyed the huge green territory which is great for dogs, cozy rooms and delicious homemade food. Hope we’ll come back someday.

The communication with the hosts Teona and Rezo enabled us to get the essentials of our stay done in English. If we had more complex questions their son, who speaks good English, would help. Teona, who spent some time in Germany, speaks German. The location about 200 m from the western end of the park in front of the theater at the traffic circle in the middle part of Eristavi Street is central and convenient. The room on the upper floor of a typical two-story building from the Soviet era (?) is simple and has remarkable amenities. Unlike many other rooms we had in Georgia, it is very spacious (I guess the room could be between 25 and 30 m2), shower and toilet in addition are each separate rooms (they seem to be newly tiled), and there is also a simple kitchen. Everything is clean. Teona and Rezo are in the process of setting up their business and have plans to expand it. When we needed help, they were happy to make things possible. Very good hotel, nothing to complain. Nice territory. The biggest what I like is aquarium.

Everything was perfect small hotel. Very very quiet 🤫. Clean and tidy. The breakfast was good nothing special but very tasty. I will come back surely

Amazing experience in Georgia! This newly opened hotel looks even better than in the photos! Everything is well built according to a European standard and perfected to the last detail. The backlit panels you can see in the photos are in fact very thin layers of stone, nothing is faked and everything feels very premium. We had a room with a large balcony and a view of the Black Sea. The rooms were spotless and what was important - they had a private beach which they cleaned daily. What is most interesting - the beach has magnetic sand which doesn't appear almost anywhere else in the world and it will even stick to your phone in small columns! They use it in the spa procedures, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try that. The hotel is located within walking distance of everything in Kutaisi, but it's not directly in the center which we saw as a big advantage. The restaurant in the hotel is imho the best in the town. They even have a private baker on the property and a collection of local wines - as we understood curated by both local and European sommeliers. Both management and staff were extremely helpful and consisted of locals and professionals from Europe. They recommended a trip to nearby thermal springs, which we haven't found anywhere online, and also a local market, where we bought produce from local farmers. We got there in a rented car. It's easy to find the hotel and the parking is guarded 24/7 by security. When you are in Georgia in general, this is a must-see spot. You will get a 5* hotel experience for which you would pay thousands of Euros in European resorts. If you consider staying in the area, I definitely recommend staying in here.

We had a pleasant stay, house was clean, the furniture was new and comfortable, hot and cold water was available all the time. Place was remote, far from the city centre, so it was quiet, nights were cool, balcony door had insect screen so it was peacefull too.
