The place has been just amazing! We felt that it was home to home for us. Very cosy, spacious and with amazing facilities! I highly recommend it! Hosts were amazing and constantly communicating with us. A fruit bowl and chilled wine were amazing touches, which we didn’t expect. We’ve loved the place and will definitely come back!

The host was waiting in the street for us after dark, off season. They were wonderful. The location is just beautiful - the stairway to the beach leads to mid thigh clear water. The view from the deck is to die for. The view from the BED is to die for. The kitchen was well provisioned - with a bottle of fresh water waiting for you. The town is smaller with one easy to reach store by foot. The nearby Frankish Castle of Chlemoutsi is just wonderful - especially at sunset. This really was a perfect place to stay. We were there in November. The water was chilly but very swimable and the town was deserted - which we like.

absolutely perfect for our short trip on a budget. we wasn’t expecting the world for the price we paid but we was pleasantly surprised. location - perfect, views - beautiful and the lady at check in couldn’t have been any more helpful, she was absolutely brilliant! we was up too early to get breakfast on our last day and she made us enough food in a bag to last us a week! For the price, this place and the staff you really couldn’t ask for much more. Thank you!

Nikolas and his family were extremly kind! Warm welcoming with more we expected - fruits, wine, nice coffee, all goods you will need (e.g toothbrushes, slippers, etc) and spectial compliments from their farm during the whole stay. Everything was perfect! Excellent choice in Zakynthos! Really nice and modern apartment in the heart of Zakynthos, best location (just 1 street away from top area)! Really spacious, comfortable, new and has everything you need, even wash maschine and dryer. I would definitely recommend it! Loved it and didn’t want to leave, beds were very comfortable, exeptional!

    Nice, very clean, modern apartment, and the area around the buildings is great decorated with green. We were very happy to stay for our holidays as the surroundings with pool and restaurant were not crowded and the most important thing that during all day long it is quiete outside. Service was really good everywhere and personal was very kind!

    Location is ideal for families, the view was absolutely relaxing, breakfast very good, restaurant had indeed very good choices. The entire layout of the rooms was fantastic, kudos to the designer. We felt secure and comfortable. The staff was polite and very efficient. The area has many nearby location to visit if you are into enjoying short day trips. Ancient Olympia is a must.
