The apartment is very modern, clean and equipped with everything you need. It has a bedroom, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room and two good size balconies all finished to a high standard and a very good taste. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and stove top (all electric) a Nespresso machine and mugs, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery pots and pans, basically everything you need. It’s a 15 minute walk from the local beach and downtown so parking is not a problem. You can park on the street easily or at the property. There are many supermarkets nearby too. The host is very thoughtful and attentive. There was olive oil, coffee, sugar, tea, jam, honey, Nutella, toasted bread and also a bottle of wine and cold water in the fridge waiting for us, which is a really nice touch. The host was very easy to communicate with, she always responded immediately and gave us very good recommendations for the best beaches and tavernas around. We’d love to come back here again ❤️

This is a beautiful apartment, very well designed and decorated. The bedroom was large, the bed very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The bathroom was a very good size and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is very close to the centre, with a free car park nearby. Foteini was very helpful and responsive, obviously wanting guests to have the best experience in the apartment and Ierapetra. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We loved everything. The owners are really wonderful people. It's the first time we had such a good apartment and welcoming. All is done to our pleasure (many things inside the fridge, wonderful cakes, appetizer drink, the kitchen is really well equipped even better than at home. If you have any questions or problems, they do theirs best to make sure you get satisfied. The conditioner in the living room didn't work, but 2 hours later, they managed to change it even if it appended during the weekend. You can park just in front in a quiet street. The seaside resort is really nice with nice little beaches, good restaurants at less than 5 mn walking. This seaside resort is much more authentic than Agios Nicolaos, with local tourists. I do recommend this place and apartment closed eyes.

It's exactly like the title says, a home in the centre of Ierapetra, close to the beach, harbour, cretan restaurants and only minutes to a supermarket. It is very clean, equipped with everything you need to live comfortably long term not just on vacation. I appreciated the great attention to detail and the generosity of the kitchen and the two bathrooms suppliers. I will wholeheartedly recommend this two bedroom apartment to friends who will come to ierapetra. Thank you for having us!

If you love wide-open views, “Evenos” is pure magic. From the mountains, across the soft, rolling hills, all the way to the Libyan Sea – sunrise to sunset – it’s just breathtaking. The house sits in total peace and quiet, far from everything, and yet you feel instantly at home thanks to Doris and Janis. They’re the kind of hosts who make you feel welcome the second you arrive – warm, open, and genuinely kind. “Evenos” itself is full of authentic Cretan charm, with details everywhere that you just keep noticing. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need – and more. Ierapetra and the beaches are only a short drive away. The last bit of the road to Evenos is pure Crete – slow and winding – but easy enough even for a Fiat Panda, and completely worth it for this spot. I’ve been coming to Crete for 35 years and spent more than two years of my life here. I’ve seen so many beautiful places… but this one is truly special. Thank you, Doris, Janis and Meli for an unforgettable week. You’re simply the best!
