It was great being hosted by Ioannis, we had amazing communication with him and he was really helpful throughout whole stay. The house was same like in pictures and location is perfect, right outside of the village and close to everything at the same time. It was really clean, good amenities and everything to relax on your vacation.

If I could, I would rate 11/10! One of the best villas that we have ever stayed in Chalkidiki. Every summer me and my family are visiting the area for a few days and Avista Private Resort is definitely one of the best accommodation we had so far. We really loved the privacy as there are no neighboring houses close by and you can really feel the connection with nature. The garden is big and beautiful different kind of flowers all around. The house seems to be eco-friendly with almost every material that has been used during its construction being premium quality. All exterior and interior areas were super clean and every day we had a cleaning lady show up and make sure that everything is OK. The Villa is fully equipped with A/C in every room. Special highlight of our trip was Fava beach which is close by and it is a must visit. We will certainly come back next year!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Agrili Apartments. The location is ideal — peaceful, surrounded by nature, and just a short walk from the beach. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The gardens and outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained, and we especially enjoyed the sea views from the terrace. It’s the perfect place to unwind. Parking is so easy, if you travel with your car. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay — warm hospitality that made us feel truly welcome. It’s clear that this place is cared for with love and attention to detail. We’re already planning to come back next summer and would highly recommend Agrili Apartments to anyone looking for a quiet and authentic Halkidiki experience.

The hotel is beautiful, spotless clean, the staff is outstanding, extremely courteous, and professional. We were there in a heat wave and we highly appreciated the fact that there were so many trees in the resort, they provided a sense of freshness in the heat. The hotel is great for families with kids. The play areas are well maintained and clean. The pool is just fantastic. The main buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food and their on site restaurant has local Greek dishes. We recommend highly this hotel and we look forward to going back.

    The hosts are lovely. Location is in walking distance 100-200m from a very nice beach. You need to take your own umbrella and beach gear. The rooms and courtyard are very well equipped for families. Location is very clean. There many beautiful beaches around. I stronglly recomend it.

    All is very clean, every day you get new towels and room cleaning. Location is next to the best beach for kids. Livari is great with all what one family needs for holiday. Owners are really pleasant people what is very important when you go on type of accomodation like this.
