One of the loveliest hotels. The staff was really friendly but not pushy. The spa facilities were just perfect. Everything was very peaceful and we could really switch off. The food was just delicious whether it was for breakfast or dinner. One of us also had a massage which really helped and the masseuse lady even showed me some exercises to help with my shoulder. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy the truly relaxing atmosphere.

Everything was great. We stayed one night so did not need a lot but the beds were comfortable, everything very clean. We had a very good night sleep since the place is very quite. External blinds were, in my case, a great thing too.

In the old village part of Hollókő, an ethnographic village listed by UNESCO, Hollóköves Vendégházak offers units with traditional elements. Breakfast is served and dinner can be arranged.

Great location right at the heart of the old village. Traditional village house, but with all the modern necessities (no TV if you care for having one). Great starting base for the nature trails around the village. All the people we met in the village were the nicest and made very kind and caring neighbours.

Me and my wife stayed here for 7 nights while we visited family. We were so happy with how nice this place was. The property is run by a very friendly couple who made us feel really welcome. The room is very cosy and spacious with a shower room attached. The whole feel of the property is really nice and feels like a home away from home. The property feels brand new with really nice attention to detail. The couple went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They offer food for extra and i definitely recommend this as the food was really nice. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit. I recommend anyone who wants to visit balassagyarmat or nearby places to stay here, and you will be just as impressed as we were. Thankyou.

They are truly wonderful, kind-hearted, and caring people who have thought through every single detail. Their love and dedication to this home are felt in every aspect. We strongly recommend ordering breakfast from them! In the morning, András brought us a huge thermal container filled with all kinds of delicious treats: fresh breads, cold cuts, spreads, vegetables, juice, milk, pastries… It was a feast for the eyes and the soul! Hollókő is a fairytale. And this home is its most beautiful chapter.
