The staff, the location, the food and the Hotel itself. The gardens are gorgeous and provide a peaceful haven for relaxing. We had a half board (breakfast and dinner) included in our stay. These were buffets and the selection and quality was very good. There was a guitarist playing in the dining room each morning and live music in the lounge at night.
