This was a lovely cottage on a countryside farm but was just off a main road which meant it was accessible, 10 minutes from the town. The owner left freshly made scones for our arrival and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. My in laws were staying here for our wedding and was such a picturesque backdrop for some photos. The cottage was clean and tidy with plenty of utensils etc to prepare meals etc.

We were in Berna's Cottage for nearly 2 weeks and from the moment we entered the cottage it felt like home. The Cottage is cosy and perfect in every way. Cathy and Paul are perfect hosts and give you the feeling of a warm welcome when you arrive. The view from breakfast/Diner room is stunning and nice to start your day with.(and ofcourse the rest of the day) Bunclody is a lovely town with all needed for all that visit Berna's Cottage. Everything! The house is spacious, warm and inviting. It was a cool evening outside, but the property was toasty warm inside. We received a warm welcome before being directed to our room. The room too was spacious, spotlessly clean and had plenty of storage space. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, with a choice of full Irish breakfast, cereal or scrambled eggs. The host was a lovely lady, very funny and welcoming and really went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The location is great too, only a short drive from Ferns and Enniscorthy where we were visiting. Plenty of parking too, and it's a lovely private location, secluded from the roadway, so secure too.

Such a lovely B&B - the room was beautiful, everything was spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, and Phil the owner was absolutely amazing. Thank you for helping us arrange transport into Bunclody from Clonegal, and for the delicious breakfast! If we are ever in Bunclody again we'll definitely come back here. A very memorable stay!

Exceptional property in beautiful rural location, suited our family group perfectly. Spacious; relaxed feel and use of outdoor dining area enhanced the summer feeling; great character and furnished to suit; good wifi; kitchen well equipped and good laundry facilities. Nice wood burner - although we didn’t use it as it was the middle of summer… Recommend suitability of ground floor double bedroom and large bathroom with walk in shower for those who need it…

This is getting a 10/10 from us, it's absolutely beautiful here, comfortable and spotless, location was great near local shop and pubs, we were made very welcome by the locals and publicans, definitely be back 😄
