WOW, just the loveliest place with amazing facilities. I love that you provide coffee capsules with the coffee machine. The washing machine & dryer are such a bonus. The bedroom is huge & so comfortable. The shared kitchen/dining/lounge is fully equipped. Facilities for disabled people in the bathroom. Even tennis courts & equipment!

We’d stay for a night The property is overlooking the river. Mary is very kind pleasant and heartwarming to us and it’s a biggest treat for our Bella. She’d make sure that we have everything we need from a simple treat inside the room to our walks and meals arounds town. The property is very clean and comfortable near to all your needs walking distances few minutes to shops, restaurants and Killaloe River cruise site. Mary has a small dog in the house but never a bother with our Bella we slept through out the night.Thank you so much Mary, hopefully to see you again.

Lovely clean and spacious room with big bathroom . Breakfast was exceptional , with vegetables growing on the property served alongside traditional breakfast . Phyll the owner runs one of the best BnB ‘s I have stayed in. And a great carácter too . I will definitely recommend here without hesitation.     The room was very comfortable, it was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts Antoinette and Martin are so kind and lovely. We absolutely adored the location, visiting the little village of Killaloe was a very good surprise!
