Everything was very nice and good maintenance, we love the balcony. It was also just a 15 minutes walk to the beach if you take a shortcut. And that really made it outstanding. Lots of eating joints also in walkable distance and convenient store to purchase anything and everything. Edward is very nice and guiding us in many things also in booking the tours and booking taxi. It was a very big help for us and we really enjoyed the stay and definitely plan to go again. Will definitely recommend it with a double 5 star .

Confortable, large and clean room. The house is located in a very quiet area, and it is just 15-20min walk to the Immaculate-Conception Church. Tucked away just a few minutes’ walk from the buzz of Calangute’s main street and beach, this property is an absolute gem. Ramona, the host, shared all the necessary information well in advance, making our check-in seamless. On-site, Lucian—the manager—was incredibly accommodating and polite, going out of his way to take care of every request. The property itself is brand new, surrounded by lush greenery, and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved unwinding in the pool each evening before heading out. Highly recommend!
