The location was very convenient, close to the station and not far from the historic town centre. The welcome from the staff was excellent and the service was very good. Breakfast in the hotel was very nice too.

A very welcoming hotel ♡ The staff at the hotel were very friendly and made our stay better than ehat we expected. The rooms were clean, well managed, big bathroom, big window and fresh rooms overall. Breakfast was good and various of choices. I loved the pool on the roof top, it was an amazing view over the city. Beside the hotel is a mall and you don't need to go out of the hotel to get in the mall, you can take the elevator from hotel. The only think about the hotel I find negative would be the place of the hotel, not much is around than the mall. But there are stuff a little bit away that are worth to check out. The hotel is very close to the airport wich made it so easy for us to spend our last days with Taj city centre hotel. I would recommend it if you want to stay in new town or close to the airport.

The stay was quite cozy and clean. It is beautifully build and intricately decorated. The hosts are very kind and warm. They recieved us in odd hours which was exceptional hospitality. There's no other option that I would look on my next visit to Kolkata. Thank you for making us feel like home away from home.

Remember that if you book from its own website, you can get extra discount. I like the fact that the staff cleans the room everyday. Interestingly, the room with 10 beds and 6 beds are even more spacious than the 4-bed room. For this affordable price, it was a pleasant surprise to have enough personal space. There's also a rooftop with nice view and a good common area. The location is really good and I love strolling around the streets and allies nearby. Having the kitchen is also good.
