This recently established property offers a refreshing ambiance. Despite being a budget accommodation, the facilities are satisfactory. They offer chilled, hot, and regular potable water, but breakfast is not provided. The bed features a standard foam mattress, and there's no option for a spring mattress. The bathroom is clean and stylish, equipped with hot water. Nearby shops cater to last-minute needs. While the location isn't central, it falls within the coverage of food delivery services. We faced occasional power outages, rendering the AC ineffective, but fans and lights functioned on inverters, allowing us to cope. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The WiFi was as good as the best anywhere in India - absolutely brilliant and so useful for me. The food was very good and the location is superb barely 400 metres from the Ticket Office to the Bird Sanctuary. The staff help to contact guides and transport to get to hides and other areas for Birding and generally Basil will help with anything you need. Absolutely brilliant place to stay for Birders.

Had visited multiple homestay at cochin locality... But this is amazing and fantasy.. I can say starting frm Welcome to last check-out... Awesome moments... Excellent stay! We were the only guests due to the bad climate. The entire house was ours providing privacy and a cozy, big room. The river view was amazing, though the bad weather limited outdoor enjoyment. The homely food from the ladies' kitchen was yummy and added to the comfort. A kettle with coffee/tea sachets was a nice touch, making our stay more pleasant. Despite the rain, it seemed like the place had a lot to offer! We will be back after the rains to enjoy the river.

I had taken rejuvenation treatment here.... Professional therapists..... Excellent massage and rejuvenation programs..... The place and Atmosphere is so clean and well kept that i never felt like I am in a ayurveda hospital..... The whole stay experience feel like close to nature 🌿🍃and nature friendly activities..... A day with 🐘🐘Elephants programs also amazing..... The main thing is they are not use Elephants for business..... The department take caring them very well.... About yoga session are basic and near by trees🌲🌳🌴..... The duty doctors and staffs gave utmost care for me, they visited so many times in a day to make sure I was comfortable and to asses my health condition..... There is a well equipped treatment place name Vaidyasala..... Good massages..... There own medicine.... From the first day to the last, it has been an unforgettable experience, and leaving the hotel makes me feel a little sad. The room is huge and always super clean, the sunset from my window, the food is delicious, and the staff? What can I say? They are fantastic people who treat me well despite the language barrier. I had some contact with the manager, who was very professional, helpful, and super-accommodating. The truth is: you need very little to be happy, and the same goes for making others happy. I recommend a hotel to anyone passing through the area or looking to experience the true idiosyncrasies of this Malayalam society in a local environment. Thank you so much
