A very friendly staff, real Kurdish Iraqi hospitality. The room was pretty quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed the generous breakfast buffet in the morning, especially on the roof top with the amazing view of Erbil city.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in recently. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice. Large room with high ceilings. The staff quietly performs their functions. I didn't find a single comment. I will come to Erbil many more times and will only stay at this hotel. Thank you!

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a truly memorable experience. The first thing that struck me was the impeccable customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or attending to any special requests I had. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the plush bedding to the stunning views from the balcony. The amenities in the room were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel's restaurants served delectable cuisine; the presentation was a work of art. Whether I was indulging in a sumptuous breakfast buffet or savoring a gourmet dinner, the food was consistently outstanding. The diverse menu options catered to various tastes, and the sommelier's wine recommendations were spot-on. The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed the state-of-the-art fitness center and the Turkish bath. The pool area was a hidden gem, providing a tranquil oasis with breathtaking city views.
