Loved the location, the room, the breakfast and the staff behaviour. The northern lights viewing point, the hot tub, the sauna, the snooker table and the dart board were amazing value add-ons. They had coffee/tea/hot cocoa through the day at their restaurant, and a kitchenette to microwave meals. Highly recommended stay option near Akureyri. Special shoutout to Karl for his warm welcome and hospitality throughout our three night stay.

This cabin was pure magic. Tucked away in peaceful nature, it felt like stepping into a cozy Icelandic dream. Every detail — from the lighting to the decor to the thoughtful little touches — was clearly arranged with care. The space was spotless, warm, and welcoming, and we instantly felt at home. Everything was great, the room was clean, nicely arranged with modern furniture and the patio is super convenient when you need to take the luggage out of the car as you can park right in front of it. We also liked the self check-in process and access to the laundry room.
